CASHLESS VENUE
Capital One Arena is now a cashless venue as part of a continued effort to improve the guest experience by increasing the speed of service. Credit cards and debit cards will be the only form of payment that will be accepted at concessions stands and hawkers. Merchandise locations for concerts and shows will still allow for cash transactions.
Reverse ATMs are located next to Guest Services on the 100 and 400 level. This will allow fans to load cash onto a debit card valid for in-stadium purchases.
MEDSTAR HEALTH MAMAVA LACTATION PODS
Two Mamava Lactation pods, in partnership with MedStar Health, are located at the F-Street elevator landing across from sections 200 and 400, with our ADA accessible pod stationed on the 200 level. Mamava pods are designed with seating, outlets and additional features to provide privacy and comfort to nursing mothers during games, concerts, and events.
PORTABLE PHONE CHARGERS
You can find chargeFUZE portable phone charging kiosks throughout the arena that allow guests to rent a portable mobile power bank to be used anywhere in the arena and returned to any location on site. ChargeFUZE power-banks are built in to include charging cables for iOS, Android, and other devices.
To find the nearest pick up and drop off location, download the chargeFUZE app, ask a member of guest services, or simply scan the QR code on any chargeFUZE station when you see one.
