GENERAL ADMISSION PIT TICKET INFORMATION
General Admission Ticketholders are not permitted to line up at Capital One Arena prior to 9 AM.

A limited supply of numbered wristbands will be issued to GA Floor ticketholders beginning at 9 AM. The number on your wristband indicates your place in line.

Each person will only get one wristband – you must be present with your ticket to receive a wristband.

At 6:00 PM, ticketholders with wristbands may begin to line up in numerical order outside the Capital One Cardholder Entrance. Your wristband secures your place in line, so arriving early is not necessary.

Ticketholders are not permitted to return to Capital One Arena prior to 6:00 PM.

Any ticketholder who did not receive a wristband will line up first come, first serve after those with wristbands.

Once doors open, if you return after your number has entered, you will proceed to the back of the line.

Procedures are subject to change without notice.

GENERAL INFORMATION
CASHLESS VENUE
Capital One Arena is now a cashless venue as part of a continued effort to improve the guest experience by increasing the speed of service. Credit cards and debit cards will be the only form of payment that will be accepted at concessions stands and hawkers. Merchandise locations for concerts and shows will still allow for cash transactions.

Reverse ATMs are located next to Guest Services on the 100 and 400 level. This will allow fans to load cash onto a debit card valid for in-stadium purchases.
