CLEAR BAG POLICY

EagleBank Arena is encouraging guests to not bring a bag, in order to help enhance the contactless experience. If you require a bag for your personal belongings, EagleBank Arena has adopted a clear bag policy and must adhere to the following:   Clear Bag Bag must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC with no obscured inside pockets. Bag must not exceed 12”x12”x6”. Bag may be 1 gallon plastic zip lock style bag. Clutch Style Bag or Purse Non-clear clutch style bag or purse must not exceed 5”x7”. Small Medical and/or Parenting Bags Will be permitted on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to increased security screening.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Doors open one hour before showtime   All guests and their belongings are subject to a search and metal detection upon entry.  No flash photography, no professional cameras, detachable lens, audio/video recording devices of any kind, iPads/tablets, or GoPros. Patrons can redeem merchandise vouchers at the merchandise stand in the West. Patrons are not allowed to bring in outside food and beverages. Everyone age 2 & older must have a ticket.   Throughout the show, the following effects will occur: Theatrical Haze, Theatrical Fog, UV and flashing light effects, CO2, Pyrotechnics, and moments of Blackout.

MOBILE TICKETING

Tickets for your event are mobile and can be accessed via your smartphone. Open the Ticketmaster app, log into your account, click on My Events, and choose today’s event. Barcodes will be scanned directly from your phone. If the entire party is not arriving together, use the Ticketmaster app to transfer tickets to those arriving later than you. You cannot take screenshots of new “SafeTix” mobile tickets and text them to your friend; they must be transferred via the app.

Street Address EagleBank Arena, George Mason University, 4500 Patriot Circle, Fairfax, VA 22030 EagleBank Arena is located on the Fairfax campus of George Mason University, six miles West of the Capital Beltway, just off Braddock Road, Route 620. Parking is available at the lots surrounding EagleBank Arena. Once on campus, follow the signs as well as directions from police and local traffic marshals. There is accessible parking for patrons with disabilities adjacent to the South Entry.

Prohibited items: weapons, outside food or beverage, cans/containers/coolers, fireworks, balloons, non-service animals, illegal drugs, laser pointers, luggage, noisemakers, signs/banners, flags, any size pole or stick (medical aids such as canes/crutches permitted), silly string, drones, skateboards, unapproved handouts, projectiles, long chains, and spikes of any nature.  EagleBank Arena management reserves the right to prohibit any other item which is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Prohibited items will not be accepted at the arena for safekeeping. Please leave all prohibited items secured inside your vehicle or at home.
